Methodology
Our SOA methodology forms the basic framework for the best practices. The SOA methodology consists of four phases:
- Gather Requirements, Inception, SOA Vision, SOA strategy, Project planning and conceptual solution definition
- Explore Detailed analysis and design of the solution
- Build, Development and testing of the solution
- Deploy, Go live to production
Each phase consists of a number of activities that require inputs, such as business needs and integration goals, and deliverables, such as design documents or a configured development environment.
